Return & Cancellation Policy

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. If your order arrives damaged or contains an incorrect item, please contact us as outlined below.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet shipped. To request a cancellation, email support@aurumhaus.co as soon as possible and include your order number.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, email support@aurumhaus.co within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and any damaged packaging so we can review the issue and help resolve it.
