Return & Cancellation Policy

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. As a consumable wellness item, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has shipped.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. To cancel, contact us at support@aurumhaus.co as soon as possible after placing your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong blend, contact us at [your support email] within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We'll make it right.
